Now here’s a song that everybody knows. Sort of ancient, but sort of great!
Hero, written produced by American singer Mariah Carey, was recorded in her fourth album, Music Box. This is considered to be one of Carey’s signature songs, and was nominated for the 1995 Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Another outstanding singer/songwriter. They just keep rolling along don’t they.
Here’s a version of it for piano and voice, AND guitar. Isn’t this wonderful =)
Vanessa Lee Carlton, American rock/pop singer, songwriter and pianist. “A Thousand Miles” is probably her best known song from her debut album “Be Not Nobody”. She wrote the song and words herself for this song. Such a talented singer and composing a fabulous song in her debut album. Can you believe that? Singer/Songwriters are so amazingly awesome.
Here is a version of it for piano and voice, one of my favourite combinations for sheet music. PLUS, it has the guitar configurations above the staff too! How much better can it get =).
Sophie Marceau one of my all time favourite actress, and yet this Movie Firelight (1997) is one of the best Movie from her.
